By accessing or using the GAAIA website (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

GAAIA is a software and AI development studio. The Site describes the services we offer and lets you request a quote. Any information, pricing range, or example work shown on the Site is provided for general guidance only.

A quote or estimate is not a binding offer. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and GAAIA, which sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. In the event of a conflict, that agreement controls over these terms.

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and graphics, are owned by GAAIA and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

Ownership of work we create for a client is addressed in the applicable project agreement, not these terms.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAAIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and these terms do not apply to them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
