Billing, milestones, and invoices

Focused projects often use a deposit and final balance. Larger engagements use milestone payments tied to agreed delivery points. Ongoing support may use a monthly retainer or a separately approved body of work.

Each invoice identifies the project, milestone, amount, due date, and relevant payment terms. Secure payment links are provided through Stripe. We never request card details by email or chat.

If a billing contact, purchase order, tax document, or invoice detail is required, share it before the milestone. Billing questions can be sent through the Help Center contact path so they are separated from product feedback.
